We can provide expert and experienced support to any school or
LEA service undergoing major change. Following a diagnostic session
with the client, we carry out a comprehensive organisational review
based on our initial hypotheses and subsequent findings.
To give just one example of the high-level support we can provide,
we worked with Cambridge Education Associates in reviewing Islington’s
education and school services prior to the launch of CEA@Islington
in 2000. As part of this project, we were asked to take the lead
in the review of Islington’s personnel, governor support,
and governor training services.
